• Once you have purchased the Play Script & Lead Sheets, Digital Album and have your Live Stage Performance License, we will give you a limited license to make copies for limited distribution to your cast/band.
• The minimum number of copies you will need is six (6 ), so this will save your group at least $60 ($10 cost of digital album x 6.)

Licensing gives you a restricted permission - to distribute the copies you need to the performers in the group named in the license ONLY.

NOTE: If you want to make and distribute digital copies of your group’s performance, there may be small Mechanical, Master Use, Videogram or other licensing fees involved. It is very easy for you get these permissions – legally and quickly.

“WAiT – it’s a musical!” is NOT covered by CCLI or any other church licensing entity. Only A.M.TuneShop, LLC (that’s us) give you permission to present the show, or issue a Live Stage Performance, Limited License to Copy Audio, or any other license.

Please tell your friend to buy the materials and get a Live Stage Performance License for their organization.

It is EXPENSIVE and TIME CONSUMING to create a musical and put it in a form that others can use. If your friend doesn't pay for using what I've created, I can't pay my bills. Any license issued is ONLY for the original purchasing organization.

Live Performance

Most church groups, schools, and/or amateur groups that perform “WAiT – It’s a Musical!” will NOT have to pay royalties, because they don’t make money from the show.

BUT if:

• you sell tickets,
• you use the show to raise funds,
• over
 1000 persons will watch the show,
• you put it on the internet, or
• charge money for 'WAiT -It's a Musical!' in ANY way etc. you MAY owe a royalty.

A simple royalty rule-of-thumb – if you or your group make money off the show, then the playwright /composer/publisher earns a royalty that you will pay - a percentage of your earnings.
